About JJ Tennessee Walkers
Behind JJ Tennessee Walkers is myself, Jesseca Johanson, and my husband Steeve Bradet. Together we have built our dream ranch and our dream herd of Canadian and Heritage bloodline Tennessee Walkers. I have also collected a select group of well bred, rare Missouri Fox Trotters. Our goal is to breed the best minded, naturally gaited horses possible. Horses that can be used in the mountains, on multi-day pack trips, long distance events, and also, as family horses.
Our business started over ten years ago as a mobile training service. Once we became established on our ranch, the training program grew to the point where it supported us for many years. We specialized in colt starting and gaited horses. These days our focus is primarily on breeding and training our own stock.
