Red is registered with the International Heritage Walking Horse Association as well as the Canadian registry. Both his sire and dam have completed the Program For Excellence with the CRTWH as well as being gait certified by the IHWHA.
Red's sire is 15 hands and his dam is around 14.3 hands. Red probably won't be very tall but he makes up for it with how much bone and body he has from his sire. Red is friendly, calm and easy to work with. He has been hauled to a local arena and ridden on the trails around home. He is the sort that can be left in the pasture for a month, then pulled out for an impromptu trail ride, very much like his sire. Red is light and sensitive with his aids with a solid stop and easy maneuverability. Red is an in-your-pocket type and loves attention. He is good for his feet, easy to trailer, ties, stands still for mounting. He is ready to go to a new home that will love him and use him for trails, pleasure, long distance, all the things he was bred for.
Contact myself or Steeve if you're interested in knowing more about Red. This is a horse I would love to keep for myself if I had the time for another saddle horse!
